Sport Luxe - Make a statement this Spring/Summer with Natalie Chapman

Natalie Chapman's SS10 collection has recently created a stir amoung those in the know. The collection of sport luxe bodycon dresses have been in hot demand. Why? They are made from a lycra blend & fit like a glove and they aren'y only for the petite. Natalie's made styles for the curvy women also with bloused silhouettes.

Now that the weathers warm and the sun is shining - NC SS10 is in full swing. I'll be wearing my 3 panel high bodycon dress this weekend to celebrate this beautiful weather. The SS collection peices LBB has picked up are also in the current In Style Magazine. In Style shot them on a roof top pool in New York earlier this year.

Natalie Chapman in Marie Claire 1950's inspired shoot

A selection of Natalie Chapman's SS10 collection were flown over to New York with the Marie Claire team for this sport luxe inspired shoot.

I knew about this shoot quite some time ago and it's great to finally see the shots in print. Natalie is one of my predicted next big designers in Australian fashion. She's nailed the sport luxe trend which works perfectly in the Australian summer climate.

Blake Lively Vogue June 2010

Blake Lively covers Vogue June 2010. Alongside Hamish Bowles, Blake Lively (“Best Dressed icon”) spent a good surfing time with Rob Machado and Jonathan Paskowitz. Or pretending to catch the waves. So this makes Vogues June issue a surfing issue.

The editorial features a white and sport luxe and of course the wet hair - it wouldn't be beach without the model having wet hair on the cover. I've created a LBB sport luxe collection of the looks that fall into one of the big trends at the moment.
