Natalie Chapman... a Chambord Shine Award finalist
Congrats to Le Black Book designer Natalie Chapman for making the finals of the Chambord Shine Awards.
This year will see 10 new designers given $1000 to make their ultimate Spring Racing Carnival outfit come to life.
Finalists will show their creations to a panel of judges at the Chambord Shine Awards 2010 at Sydney's Strand Arcade on Tuesday, August 31st.
