The classic beauty behind this blog is fashion photographer and creative genius Candice Lake.

Candice Lake’s practice is primarily in new media arts, encompassing digital video installations and fine art photography.

Her career began in the fashion industry, based between New York and Paris for a number of years as a model. In 2005, she realized that this intimate insight had led her to be more interested in what was happening behind the camera and left the industry,
enrolled in a Fine Arts degree, and decided to merge this knowledge with a more conceptually driven arts practice.

Although the medium of her work is diverse, her strong visual aesthetic is always recognisable as her own.
